From the “Inventory” tab, click and select the “Suppressed listing” from the horizontal menu. You may either see your suppressed listings on the Fix your products page, or click on Attribute to filter by listed issues.

  4. Wait up to 15 minutes for the review process and clearance.
  • Option 2: Fix suppressed listings that are not fixable in the editable grid (Option 1)
  1. Click Edit and go to the Edit product info page
  2. Once you’re in Edit product info, you’ll see that missing product details are highlighted
  3. Click into each informational message to read further details of the issue.
  4. For non-image issues, enter the missing value and click Save and Finish.
  5. For image issues, you need to replace it and upload a new valid product image.
  • Option 3: Fix suppressed listings in bulk using an Excel file
  1. Click “Inventory” then select “Inventory reports”
  2. Under the “Select report type” drop-drop menu, select “Listing quality and suppressed listing report
  3. For the report format, choose Excel (new)
  4. Proceed to click download the report by clicking “Request report
  5. Open the report
  6. Under Enhancement opportunities tab, update Corrected values and check Accepted values in the Data definition tab.
  7. To find your Suppressed Listings, filter the column Alert name as Suppressed.
  8. Save the report with changes.
  9. Go to Inventory, and then Add products via upload.
  10. Click the Check and upload your inventory file tab and scroll down to Step 2 – upload file.
  11. Select File type: Listing quality and suppressed listing file.
  12. Click Choose file and browse to your saved Listing quality and suppressed listing report.
  13. Click upload and wait up to 24 hours for this report to be updated.
